Is there really a free option?
Yes. Start with a free trial — card required, no charge today. Build your archive, invite family, add your first photos and stories. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Upgrade later only when you need more space or the extra features.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same features either way. Annual costs less per month and is billed once a year. Monthly gives you flexibility. Switch between them any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Your memories stay yours. Cancel whenever you like — nothing is deleted the moment you stop paying, and you can export everything you've added. We'll never hold your family's photos hostage.
Can I export my photos, film and stories?
Yes. Everything you upload is downloadable. Your archive is your property — you can take it with you at any time.
How much storage do I get?
Each plan has its own storage allowance, shown on the cards above. Photos, documents and voice notes are small; film uses more. Most families comfortably start on a lower plan and move up only as the archive grows.
Who pays — and can the whole family chip in?
One person owns the vault and the plan; everyone you invite can add and view memories at no extra cost. It's one subscription for the whole family, not per person.
Do prices change by country?
Prices are shown in your region's currency where available. The plan and features are identical wherever your family lives.
