Questions about preserving photos
What photo formats can I upload?
Common photo formats such as JPG, PNG and HEIC, plus documents and film on plans that include them. Digitized scans from old prints and albums work fine.
Who can see our family photos?
Only people you invite to your vault. Nothing is public, sold, or shown to advertisers or search engines.
What if I cancel later?
You can export what you have added. We do not delete your archive the moment you stop paying — your memories stay yours to keep and download.
Can relatives abroad add photos too?
Yes. Everyone you invite opens the same private vault from wherever they live, so cousins and grandparents can add their albums alongside yours.
